Our franchisees

HIVE pubs by Greene King is a franchised business in accordance with the Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016 and certain of our pubs are operated by independent franchisees. In this notice, references to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ do not include our franchisees. The franchisee is responsible for the personal data collected by it and you should refer to the privacy notice prepared by the franchisee of the relevant pub that you visit.
